Below are links that you can use to make payments, access your policy and retrieve claim information.

Claims

If you’ve been involved in an accident or believe you need to file a claim, please feel free to reach me at (405) 605-9891, or jp@schererinsurance.com or fill out the online claim notification form below. After your notification is received, you will be contacted soon regarding submitting your claim.

If it is after normal business hours, please call the insurance company’s 24-hour toll-free claim reporting number on your policy. This number is also listed above on this page. Prior to calling, please have your policy number available for the claims adjuster. If this is an emergency, please call 911.

Responsibilities of the insured when submitting an insurance claim:

  • If possible, make an attempt to protect your property from further damage.
  • Inventory the damaged property. For example, make detailed notes of what was damaged, including the value, and if possible, when and where it was purchased.
  • Notify the insurance company. The contact information is on your insurance company phone app, the website and your declarations page. You can also complete this convenient form below to start the process.
  • Allow the adjuster to examine the property when requested.
  • Submit a sworn statement when requested.
